reports on Mark Twain?

thinking of going there in couple days, how is lake level? still muddy and how is the fishing? thanks.

Lakes still high. Water color wasn't bad the last time I was there. Naturally dirtier water on west end and as you go towards dam it gets cleaner. Lots of small fish were being caught on banks with few keepers here and there. Someone is catching them though I'm sure. We caught our fish in deeper water but it's been in the 80s this week so I'm sure things have changed.Good luck if you go.

plans changed and can't go but Bymo is heading over there from my place at T hill, where winds up and fishing slow.

Mark Twain is a bad lake when it's windy! I wouldn't go with this kind of wind!

oh I have experienced that Barry, having cold water coming in over your head. bad also on T hill or i am sure Truman.
