Paint Creek Fishing report

Fishing report for Paint Creek is a favorable one!!! for the First week of March...
The fish are in there winter pattern and starting to gather at migrating routes for spawn
water temps are ranging 48 to 52 degrees depending on lake location... water is lightly stained.... fish where caught trolling and casting shore in 15 FOW with the fish suspended 4.5 to 6 foot.... the color scheme for crappies was Bobby Garlands Electric Chicken tipped with a crappie nibble....they seemed to prefer the extra scent... 6 to 1 tried both ways...the wife drugged a couple minnows behind the boat and did just as well.... couldn't get her to trade spot with me... good fishing all and will update lakes as we fish our home lakes!!!

As of today there still letting max amount of water out spillway. By weekend things should be getting back to normal winterpool water temp 51 back of coves

Now it"s really muddy and there raising water for summer pool!!!!!!!
