Grenada spring trip

Planning a trip this spring to Grenada and wanted to see if you guys had any tips on best time to go. Also looking to hire a guide for at-least a day to get an idea on the lake. Heard Hambones and Hugh white are two good places to stay and that end of March or early April was best time to go. Thoughts? Any info is appreciated.

You are dead on for the time of year. You better hurry and get reservations (if there are any openings still) for the spring. Most of the guides will be booked by now. Visit the Mississippi board. There is a sticky at the top of the page that has different guides listed. You might also PM Rees Guide. He might be able to help you out then. Keep in mind that there are several crappie tournaments around then as well so information will be kind of hard to come by.
