Cold morning on lake Hickory,12/13/16

Water temp was 46 and the fish were holding tight over brush .Total 17 with no throwbacks.Minnows were the preferred bait today.The fish bit very lightly but pulled like summertime fishing

Not really,The fish were holding around 6/8 feet in 12/14 feet of water,I would have thought they were deeper with the cold water being what it was,They bit so lightly that I had to watch my lines very close.The line would move only slightly sideways when one bit
