Nice report and pics
Had another great day at Nickajack.....weather was great. Started fishing about 8:30 a.m. It was a little cool this morning....but warmed into the 60's with light winds. The bite was steady the whole time I was there. Had 6 quality fish and 23 like the 10 inch one in the pic. Plus lost count of how many 7-8 inch crappie. Today I fished with the Tict Ice Cube Rockin' Drift 6' 9" Mebaru UL Rod. All fish caught on a Bison colored Trout Magnet using 2# test line. Fish were deep today....15-17 feet still holding tight to cover.....called for using a 1/16 ounce jig head. A lot of fun on the UL rod. Still waiting on the bigger crappie to show....hope it is not an off year for them. Life is good!
