Titelok's Ultra Supreme with that oval base that slides into a track. You can put as many of those 6 inch tracks in the boat as needed and have a quality rod holder within seconds wherever you need it. Sturdy and Adjustable at every point so you can place your pole where it needs to be. My second choice would be a top of the line Perotti. Both are great, probably about equal. Both are quality rod holders. I'm sure there are others as well that are really good. That my 2 choices.
Probably the best known rod holders for spinning outfits are the Driftmaster models. Pick out the type you want at www.driftmaster.com and purchase them from www.ExtremeFishingConcepts.com. We pride ourselves on having the best prices on the web. Check us out.
