Hit a local lake at daylight sunday. Trolled up some crappie, bluegill and a couple of bass. Also Saturday caught a nice drum and a skippy on different rods while baitfishing. Skippy was on a hot dog. Later husband told me to throw my crankbait over by this small ditch with some rocks because a couple of years ago he caught a nice bass there. Well I did and hooked into something immediately. This isn't no bass. Landed an 8 lb channel cat on my flicker shad. The cat and drum pictures or in my phone and haven't figured out how to do anything with them in my new tracphone. But here is the crappie.

Hey, Miss Perchplucker...is the "local lake" that same one you need to pay a membership to in order to get on it? Thought you got some decent crappie off that lake in the past, too. Wondered if it was the same one.
Congrats on the nice outing and thanks for the pic!
Very nice !!!!
May all your live wells be full.Dave
Good job , enjoy them
keep your lines tight as you never know
A gun, like any other source of power, is a force for either good or evil, being neither in itself, but dependent upon those who possess it
From an old movie I saw
Now that's looks like a good day of fishing. Congrats to both of you.
OK... so that was on lake Millwood in Arkansas or maybe it was on Lake Sardis in Mississippi or perhaps on Lake Shelbyville in Illinois... Maybe it was on a lake in California... So why did you post it on the Missouri forum? If you don't know where you caught them, How are we supposed to know?
Good job and thanks for the post.
