St Croix, worth the coin
Does anyone make a 6'6" 1pc light action rod? If so I haven't found d it unless I want to spend a buck 50.
St Croix, worth the coin
I'm assuming you are talking about a spinning rod. Check out Grizzly Jig's rods. I'm sure you'll find something there to fit the bill. Most are around the $50.00 mark or less.

X2 on St Croix . I bought a 6'6" Lt action a couple years ago. I think it was $100 at gander mountain. Excellent pitching rod.

It's what I use .... but, it's not "lite" action (as in a wimpy bend). It has a very fast action tip, micro guides, & it's very sensitive (but, has good power for solid hook sets). Balances very good with my Okuma STX20, or my Shimano Spirex 1000, or my Shimano Aero 1000 spinning reels.
St Croix 66lf is a real sweetheart, been on my want list for a while now. About a buck, less if you catch a sale. Very light in the hand and balances well.

While it is not a St Croix, I have use the BPS Crappiemaxx, Signature Series for a couple of years now. It is a good rod for the money...about $30.
I have a couple 6'2'' 1 piece Outlaws..They are a great rod..
Quantum Smoke 6'3" one piece spinning rod # SKS633F. I like it so well that I bought a spare.
The Lews Wally Marshall crappie rods are very nice too, come in lengths down to 5'6".
