    Default Stockton 6-5

Had a great afternoon on the water with my son. We rigged minnows in sons arm and caught a lot of shorts but managed to keep 11 nice ones. Perfect day in my book. We fished 25-30 fow 15-20 foot deep, slow and steady.

    Good fish and good memories.

A gun, like any other source of power, is a force for either good or evil, being neither in itself, but dependent upon those who possess it

Looks like a great day of fishing by that smile. You won't have to ask him twice to go fishing again. Congrats.

Thanks guys. He is fired up to go again and wanted to stay until dark (like me). I hooked both the whites on a Capps and Coleman rig and the snap straitened right at the boat and we lost them. The net was tied up with a crappie at the time. Later we came back through the spot and one of them hit again! So we ended up with both and I got the rig back! He just turned 6 and I know he gets bored with it but he sure is fun to watch when things get busy. Thanks to beagle for turning me on to the area a while ago.
