    Default Truman Grand arm report

We fished Truman this morning, dipping minnow tipped jigs, 5 to 12 foot of water, two of us had 20 at noon and we had enough of the wind.

Isn't it amazing that the wind forecast of 8 to 15 turns into 20 to 25?

On Truman I always add 10 mph to whatever the weatherman says. So if they're calling for 10-15 mph winds, I add 10 to it for Truman. For some reason that lake always has wind. I don't think I've ever fished it with no breeze.

Don't normally fish weekend much less holiday one but went out to a flat and tried for a couple hours since not much wind but waves from lake boat traffic made it like it was windy anyway! Did manage 5 nice ones but just got tired of waves and went in and bbq!

On Stockton just double the prediction.
I'll smoke just about anything (in my smoker)
The fishing is always great. The catching varies.
