Damaged spyder lok top bar?

Does anyone have the top bar with the teethed disc welded to it that is messed up. I just got in two sets for my boat and thought about rigging my trolling bar to accept 4 of these holders as well if I needed more rods out. Can't find anyplace that just sells the disc so figured I would see if someone had one that was messed up that I could cut them off of.
