So what's everyone doing to keep from goin crazy?this whole no fishin thing is takin its toll on me and mine,Tresa just about got a sickle hook to the head awhile ago,i lined a reel that i got yesterday from Ozark rod co and was pitching at her when it landed on top of her big head, let's just say that did'nt go over very well,i need a new target to pitch to...like a dock.
By the way Tony is working on a line of reels for Ozark rod co,i got one to try and they seem to be pretty smooth,5 bb with instant anti reverse and a front drag...i'll let ya'll know how it works out if i ever get to go fishin again.

I'm just going nuts with everyone else. I did take the time to go to Bass Pro just for a quick look see fix yesterday. I have to admit I did find a couple of things I couldn't do without. :D I need to take my pontoon out and do a little work on it but the ramp was iced until yesterday so I will probably go get it today. The problem is the work I need to do is to the underneath of the deck and I need the temperature during the day to be above fifty degrees, fat chance huh.

I just got my new Humminbird 787 in yesterday from Bass Pro. I only ordered it Christmas Day. Thought it would never get here. I'm going to install it today and if the local lake isn't frozen over and some idiot did'nt loose his big fiberglass boat on the ramp, I think I'll take it for a test run.
By the way Bugs, be careful tossing things at Mrs. Tresa. She knows where you sleep.

I am also installing a new graph to day, hopefully it will get warm enough next weekend to try it out.

The wife and I are preparing for a trip to FL next Fri. Put the registration numbers and launch permit on the boat last night, loaded a bunch of stuff in it for the trip, and brought the rods home to re-spool with fresh line.

The checklist is getting smaller by the day!

Went to crappie seminar and came out anxious and ready to go fishing. Then reality sank in as I drove home in the snow. At least the newest Crappie World magazine was on the grocery store rack. That should get me through a day or two.
