Nice. It seems that you do a lot of fishing during the week? Did you by chance win the lottery and not tell us?

I hit the lottery with a job that gives 27 days vacation after 5 years. I love my job!

Nice! Any time you can say that about your job....you're not working, you're having FUN! That's truly the way it should be!

We do something like that for our employees. One week at one year, two at two, five days sick, and between Jan 15th and Sept 30th they work four days/week with the day off rotating each week to give them a four day weekend every month. Basically they get well over a month off each year with pay.
The best way to get to where you want to be in the future is to act like you are there TODAY.
