Does anyone use them? Do you just tie a bunch of different leaders to change or what?

Short leaders about 8 to 10 inches long.......loop on one end and fast snap on other end works for me.....can change out jigs ....teasers...or minnow hooks easy

Get you some #1 DuoLock snaps. Much easier to use.

Buy the Fas Snap brand. There are some cheaper ones out there, but some of those rust, and none are as strong as the Fas Snap brand.

The Arkie rigs are great, just tie up leaders like G said and go fish
