Spending the winter at Lake Tawakoni and fishing here and Lake Fork. Crappie have been slow on both lakes but sand bass have been fare here and pretty good on Fork. A week ago I caugh a limit of 25 in about 3 hours. Bite was soft but fightwas all sand bass. Should be getting better in a couple weeks.All the lakes here are full and that makes things better. I will update when it gets better

been to fork twice...both times I ran into terrible conditions but managed a decent amount of crappie and a 7.5 lb bass....fork gets a lot of attention but there are many other great lakes in east Texas, I would like to fish down there more
