Are the shad still all over the surface of the lake?

They were last week but on Thursday they had started to move out to deeper water and harder to get with the throw net. Going today but also bringing frozen shad as a back up.

Thanks guys! Thats what I was hoping to hear. At least it will give me confidence to go chase the crappie at Clinton again! Getting tired of the scenery at Perry! Wont complain about the fishing tho....
