WAS OUT LAST NITE FOR 3 1/2 HRS DANG WAS IT COLD !!!!! CAUGHT 6 KEEPERS OFF THE DOCK.....WITH DA SLAB BUSTERS !!!! WOW WHAT A BAIT !!!! TOTAL 11 FISH SLOW BUT FUN !!!

yeah i thought they may be too big for this little lake, i mean the fish are crazy, i cant get a bite if im using 4lb or 6 lb test (during the winter)have to use 2lb or thread. but after reading about the slab busters i ordered some and started useing them , i do catch bigger fish when using them , i guess its true big bait big fish. hell i dont know . im still learning.
i always thought i was a good crappie fisherman , then i found this site and found out i have alot to learn.

i cant wait to try them on my honey hole up north !!

i only fish jacomo in the winter from the handicap dock at nite, 7" to 11 " fish

where do ya find the 13-14 'fish ? i have never put the boat on out there so i really dont know much about the lake
