Beautiful day on Truman

And that's about it. Met up with peculiar mike this morning for a little crappie fishing. Put in at Shawnee bend to try the dam. No water running and they have set out new bouys across the face of the dam which made it hard to work some good areas. Really didn't matter no fish to be found. Took out and got some minners and went to Sparrowfoot. Dipped trees from 12 to 25 FOW, flooded willows caught 1 cat and lost another...... Other than that it was a beautiful day on Truman. Hope you weekenders do better than we did.

Sounds like a tough day fishing, this weather is making it hard.

Always good to be fishing catching just the crown on top. I know it beats grass grass and more grass.

It was a good time.
As I say, the fishing is ALWAYS good, the catching varies.
Rain will ease up and the lake will go down.
