    I'm curious what you all think the top 5 colors/color combinations that work best for crappie.

    Purple/chartreuse, bluegill/chartreuse, blue/chartreuse, pink/white, junebug/chartreuse....in that order.

    Mine is clear plastic with green, blue, purple and copper .015 glitter.....equal parts.

    Here you go Jim. This is about as close to close up that I have on file. Its a nice color combo. I make the clear plastic with some uv enhancer, then I add the glitters when the plastic has fully cooked. I have a container of pre-mixed glitters in these colors [copper, blue, green, purple] so all I need to do is dip out what I need for a batch.

    my color combinations are black and chartreuse orange and chartreuse white and pink pumpkin seed and chartreuse purple and chartreuse florescent green and chartreuse yellow and white black-and-white red and white these are just a few I use a wide variety depending on what the fish are really wanting in this will vary between plastic and hand-tied jigs forgot to add one more here silver in chartreuse. also black and brown I guess this is more in five
