    Jig fishing was good this past week. I was testing 30# braid to see what the fish thought. Three FO fish on one trip tells the story.

    Thanks, here's a shot from last weeks trip while toying with missiles.



    Then woke up early yesterday with a tickle in my throat and knew of only one cure. Plus I've had the missile on the brain.
    Here's what ate the proto missile this trip.

    Default Fished Friday, 7/3

    My dad and I fished East Fork today for about 8 hours. We caught about 60 crappie but very short fish. We started in the coves and caught many at various depths but did not get a single keeper in 25+ fish. We moved out to the main lake and found some brush in about 15-18 foot of water, near the main channel, and started to catch some better ones. Still only left with about 10 fish over 9.5 inches.
