I also registered at that site and am feeling like they just got my email address so they can peddle it to some dammed spammers. That site looked like a very schlock website to me. Couldn't get anywhere on it or any info to speak of. I sure wanted to see the show but could get nothing after signing on. Also never heard if the showtime was eastern, central of Bangledesh time. Bummer is right.

didnt get to see any crappie shows, just signed up bout 30 min ago, and watched deer hunting show in Pike county, ILL is good show, not over yet, I didnt like to have to put all that info in to get it, that usually means more spam.

I've been registered for over a year with no spam problems. It works like a charm for me but you need a fast internet connection. Before I had cable it would not work very well but it does fine now. I've made a schedule of the shows I like to watch so I know when to tune in. They just added some shows today. Browse around for awhile and you will probably find that it is well worth the effort.

    Hey Guys:

I just registered last night and found that I could not get in until TODAY.

I just went to the site (bookmarked it yesterday) and was able to get the TV program about hunting White Tail Deer.

It seemed pretty good to me. Not much lag but then I am on a good (sometimes) cable system. Sometimes because at times my cable company, lines, servers and my computer work really fast at at other times it stalls for no reason.

I was hoping that we could watch any show at any time but I guess that is not the case.

I think it's great that they can produce these shows on the internet.

I just have to be sitting down at the computer and remember to tune it at the right time. I am looking foward to see the Jerry Blake Show from Arkansas with Russ.
    Regards,

I have been registered with sportsman channel for a long time now and have never received any spam type email that would be traceable back to them. Of course I have a spam block on my security software that cuts out almost all spam.

The "midwest Crappie" show is on a specfic times (check schedule) just like on the big screen. The Sprtsman channel is also available thru cable and dish networks. I don't like the fact that to get it on televison cable I have to pay additional for it. Already paying way to much for what I get, but cable is also my internet connection which is a lot better than the phone line internet. Loose some ...gain some.

I dont think that dishnetwork has this channel, i have dish the only 2 fishing/hunting channels are Outdoor Life Network (151) and The Outdoor Channel(153). And these channel pretty much suck for fishing shows, one has gold prospecting and the other has lots of rodeos on and they both have infomurcials. I checked boths todays programmin at 1 central and they didnt not list midwest crappie. I wish they did that way I could tape it and watch after I got home from work.

About the spam concern. You don't have to worry about it on Crappie.com. I do not sell your email addresses, and will never do that. I have never sent out mass emails to you all, but perhaps some day I might if I have something relavant. Although the system does send out a Happy Birthday note to those that provided a b-day but only on your actual b-day.

Also, your email addresses are never displayed directly on the site, unless you put it in a post. And you can optionally block anyone from emailing you through the site via the UserCP (User Control Panel).

    Happy Fishing.
