well, i made my "winter Trip" to BPS yesterday (for fishing stuff, buying the bow there last week didn't count, you understand). picked up a real nice new baitcast with a damn broom handle for a rod, way past snake beater. this son of a gun is for targeting big running walleyes and stripers, maybe the occasional whale. it's got a super high speed reel too, 7.1:1 fastest reel i've ever had. it was riot though when i went back to stock up on line though. i thought of you fellers as i reached for a couple boxes of floro and a couple of the new clear fireline. hahaha. i think i actually pointed at the mono and laughed. anyway, bugs you onboard for at least one trip up the niangua arm this spring to nail those eyes and stripers while they're moving? it'll be a hoot!
