    Default Slip bobber bobber stop

What do you all use who do some slip bobbering. During the spawn in the evenings I will just hit the dam from time to time if I can't get the boat out. I have a kit with string to tie the knot but it doesn't stay tight enough long enough. Any one have any recommendations

I use the little football shaped rubber bobber stops from BPS......they are on a fine wire with a loop. Run your line through the loop and pull the bobber stop right on your line then throw the wire away.

I use the rubber style. Sometimes they slide but not far off from the set depth. If you go down to 2lbs they slide all over the place. Doubling up helps a bit.

Try using a thin rubber band, just cut a short length and tie it around the line. Does not have the longest life span and might hang up in the eyes but the price is right.......
