parking lot was almost full when we launched at 8:30 this am. Ran up the Grand right past the "secret" Pretty Bob ramp and it had plenty of traffic too. When we finally reached Otter, the ramp there contained no less than 18 vehicles with trailers parked randomly around the area. There was literally a hundred rigs on the Grand river arm of Truman Lake today and there isn't one post, at the time of this writing, discussing anyone's success or lack thereof. Sad guys, very sad. Oh yeah, by the way we caught 18 keepers mostly on jig and cork.

Launched at 9 from otter. Left at 2 with a limit. Fished the flats up from otter with fish scattered from the bank out to 10 ft deep. All on jigs blk char, wht char, org char, tubes. Average Truman fish 10-13".
