Hilarious Rod Review on BassPro.com

So just for the fun of it I figured Id see what the most expensive rod Bass Pro Shops offered. Just so I could revel in the ridiculousness of it. Found this $700 rod and started reading the reviews....it was worth it...here it is if you need a laugh.. Its the second review down by "daveyland"

That is hilarious!

Read the review a couple down from that to laugh even better. The guy talks about not needing to buy the upgraded protection because they have a lifetime warrenty and he's already replaced two of them!!!! I'll say it again: He's had to replace two of them!

Maybe if you go in to the store and just hold it in your hand for a minute you may come back out to the parking lot with some stickers and free stuff in your truck...

Two observations:

1) "daveyland" clearly has too much time on his hands.

2) If he thinks $600 is ridiculous, he has obviously never set foot inside a fly shop.

Think I'll get me one of those rods, that way when I go fishing the fish will jump in the boat and I'll just sit back and watch.
