Default Thinking bout starting a log book/ journal/ whatever you call it...

Who else keeps a fishing log and do you actually use it??

Thinking on starting a log book to keep up with my catch and conditions. May try to record the whether conditions every day to keep up with whether we're on a warming spell or post front conditions etc....

I know it will take some discipline to keep it up but should be worth it in the end...

My grandpa used a calendar noting winds, temp., baro. ,location and results.
I enjoy looking back at his notes and remembering the good days.

20, I would call it a journal, unless you are tracking or counting logs. At least that's what I think.

I have recorded information about weather conditions, times, what they where hitting, on a note pad on my phone. The big thing is to remember to do it. Ha

    Default Great Idea

I think it would be great Jimmy. The more detail the better.

This time next year you can give me a copy............

Seriously it's something everyone could benefit from unless they have a photographic memory.
    I have a photographic memory; it's 35mm and I'm out of film..........
