Default I tried a jig today

I went out for just a little while to catch lunch. I met a fellow tube jigging and asked him for a hand. I can no longer say I haven't lure fished for and caught crappie. He showed me his technique and I copied it best I could. I caught 5 keepers in an hour and a half, great lunch. I used a 1 in. solid black body with a chartreuse skirt. I also put three back just under the 10" minimum at Stockton. Sure was a fun time. Reading how to do something and seeing it done are sure two different things at least for me.
    By the way Merry Christmas
