I see that they have started drawing down the lake. I hope it doesn't mess things up but I bet it will.

Running water at Smithville is never good for catching.

So correct!!! Went yesterday and caught 6 total fish! Raped them on Wednesday then they opened the gates! Guessing it is ending my season depending how long it takes them.

Didn't hurt them too bad. Caught 2 limits Saturday and 3 limits this morning. Same area they just moved out to deeper water. Caught them in 25-35 fow suspended @12-20 feet color didn't matter but was using org/chrt

bill they are still on or near that pile I told you about. Been catching limits there for about two months now the colder it gets the better the fihing gets. They just keep mov ing around in the same area . Whites are showing up now. Catching a bunch over two pounds

I need to get back out on the water . I got venison in the freezer , now I need to add some crappie fillets.
