Good report
I got a wild idea to shoot some docks at night. I built a bracket to hold two cheap led driving lights that sat on the casting deck and held the lights just over the side of the boat. Got to my spot at 3:30am and the bite was on. By 7:00 I had boated 45 fish. The photo is of the 16 I kept. Largest was 14"s and smallest was 11"s.
Good report
cool idea!!! did it take a bit to get used to?????? nice pic and great haul!!!!
The lights have a blueish tint and they aren't super bright. They reach about 50 feet back. Which is more than plenty to cover any dock I shoot. The lights worked out good , there wasn't any glare coming back. I used a weighed stand so it could be moved around and aimed as needed
What is the size limit on docks in Alabama anyway? In Texas we can't shoot them after sundown or until 30 minutes after sunrise!
You can take any size as long as you spot light them. They are hard to clean and thought to eat. But they are high in fiber.
