    Actually got a few keepers today at the Hillsdale docks. I caught about 30-40 with 11 keepers.

    If you pay to fish inside the heated dock, will they let you fish outside of it too?

    SeaArk, yes, you can fish outside. Just have to stay out of the slips unless you have permission. The pwc docking area outside along the main walkway can be good, and so can the winch holes.
