    Default The Hatch 12/14

Gave the rig her first 4 person test today. Didn't feel crowded at all, but will have to modify which rods I bring to optimize the longlining.

The fishing was on the slower side, but the quality was decent. Kept 13. The freezer is full and ready for a holiday fish fry.

Nice, love those "slick calm" days on the water, catching fish is good also.

It's been some time, but that launch looked familiar.....The "Hatch"" is possibly Lake Hatchineha ? Them Indian names get me every time too, just tell Slab it's Lake "Blackhawk"

    • Nice catch BTW. They also may call it "Land of the airboats", Believe there's a airboat club that meets out in them parts.

    crappie down !
