    Default Flashlight app warning

    Just saw this.

Seems like nothing is safe anymore, except my old Boy Scout D-cell in my sock drawer.

Looks like a staged video. If it's true it will apply to more apps than the flashlight.

I think its BS.....have had the flashlight app for a long time.....a lot of folks have. If it was true we would have already heard about it from someone else.

Man if that is a bogus video I apologize. They can make stuff look so real you get snookered sometime. I checked it on Snope after the fact and it turns out there was one incident but now it is no more dangerous than any other app. Does not make it totally safe, but then, what is in the cyber world.

    Sorry for the bad info.

I've had it on my iPhone over three years and no problems.

That is funny. If "they" can do it with a flashlight app then why couldn't it be done with any app?
