Finally got my computer back and running OK........been broke about 2 weeks.....been using Didi's computer to post.....turned out it was the battery on the motherboard.....because this is a high performance computer from Dell, changing it messed up the settings....thankfully, my next door neighbor has a computer repair service.....

When they are operating right they are a pure pleasure. When they aren't they can be a nightmare. Sometime it's such a simple fix. When the same thing happens again you have forgotten how you fixed it.
