Wtg. Nice report. Thanks
Found a pattern not a mile from the marina, repeated it all the way to the power line doing hit and run Rogers style fishing. Two hours and eight nice keepers, two throw backs, one heavy sumtin'another that I never saw. Launched at 3pm, headed home after putting up the boat in 3.5 hours. Good to feel the thump, and they were THUMPS! Don't be afraid of the muddy water, they're eating up there. Didn't see anther crappie fishing boat, everyone else up there was dragging shad or throwing jugs.

What was the pattern pray tell?
Team Double D - " We're not famous, but we should be."
Dipping trees, black/char Bronze Star carrots, dipped in Shad Slobber, fished a certain type of tree. Don't take long to figure out the "tree part". None too deep, 10' or less of water, some off the cover, some tight in it, caught some swimming by the outside of the cover.
