Started A worm farm need some advice

I started a worm farm the other day. I know some of the basics but what all can I feed them and how often should I feed them? Should I add small amounts of water occasionally to keep the dirt moist? I have the european "super" night crawler.

Be extra careful with the watering. It isn't hard to over water. I remember my mom saving the veggie scraps for my dad to put on top of his worm bed. Don't remember how often he would add them. He also put the coffee grounds on the bed. Depending on the size of your bed add the grounds will add some moisture if you add them before they dry out. Let us know how it goes.
