Headed for POMME Friday !!! Help?

Got invited to fish Pomme this weekend, haven't been on that lake in 20 plus years and even then it was bass tournaments. We will Probably put in at bolivar landing........ Any advice on the crappie fishing would be greatly appreciated........... Thanks in advance, "claybuster"

stay up around Bolivar Landing and fish. Unless the main lake as gotten some color in it from the rains this week fishing there is tough. You were able to see your jig down about 12-14 foot. Seems like we were spooking them. Post on here how you did.

Fished bolivar landing area without much luck on the crappies....... We did catch a lot of bass though so there was plenty of entertainment...... Seemed like the crappie were scattered in somewhat of a post spawn pattern, might be a spider riggers dream?

yep, We hit all my standby brushpiles and barely scrapped out seven decent ones to weigh in in a Crappie Tourn. Girls we caught still had not dropped the eggs.
