Anybody know how well the crappie are biting at talley bend recently? Thinking about making the drive up there this afternoon!

We tried last week and it was really muddy but much clearer at county line bridge. Talked to a guy at Everharts on Wednesday that said he was doing real well and the water had cleared up somewhat. That was before this last cold front so who knows now. Should really turn on by the end of next week.

Headed up there after the rain pushed through yesterday morning. Buddy and I caught 16 before we surrendered to the wind. All of the fish we caught were males. Hopefully I can get back up there next weekend.
