Come on guys, i'm doing research and need to know what is the best time to fish SALTWATER, high or low. It would be a big help. :D

Get there at peak Low tide and fish the incoming tide, I also fish the out going tide before I leave. Here is another link I'm also a member of for the Outer Banks and these guys fish the whole east coast. Some live in Virginia. Anyway they can answer any and all your questions and saltwater fishing... Happy Fish'n

depends on what kind of fishing - inshore you got to fish in moving water rising or falling tide - I fish shallow water so it depends on thecreeks I am fishing if there is ging to be any water there or not
with my mind on crappie and crappie on my mind -
