    I done annual EIFS inspections on this house. I've seen flounder over 6lbs laying under the dock. If you put 1.5 mil down your monthly payment is only $30,000. Looks like a cool place for a saltwater Bash too!

    All I can say is, "I wish".

    I can remember camping on that strip around 1962 and running around all night and day. It was a cool place back then. I know the owner of the house just North of that one. Too much for me.

    What scares me is that tub in the master bath is deeper than he is tall, if he fills it up it will be over his head!
