Used to camp primitive across from the regular camp sites every weekend during the 70s. Back then, we'd just let the wind take us and bounce the bottom with crappie rigs - two hooks with the one ounce weight on the bottom.
The bridge there is iffy, but worth a try. Back behind there around the boat houses is sometimes good as well as the boat houses on the deeper side. The rock walls going to the dam can be good, there's a couple of pockets that produce. And, don't forget to try the backs of some of the coves because they're thinking about moving up, but probably still right at the ends of the creek channels going in - at the curves or points.
Good luck.
