    Default I must be Bored!

Drove around the lake aimlessly last Sunday.

This Sunday drilled a few holes in the pond. I guess the boy and the dog were both looking where I should drill my next hole.

    Nothing!

Did get excited and set the hook once but the darn dog hit my line when I wasn’t looking……felt good though!

Can you make that hole bigger so I can stand on shore and cast to it???

How thick was the ice? After the see-saw temperatures the past two weeks, I haven't had the brass to try the ice. Or the time to, really.

But I got my wish!! I'm eyeing up this coming weekend to pull some slabs... Not gonna be above freezing all this week!

I am rechecking the ice around here if I do not have to run a snowplow I am gonna get the old ice stuff out and see what happens. I do like your dog I had a Brit for 17 years he was a great pal. If I still bird hunted I would have another.

That Brit is way smarter than Bill, Bill drilled the hole while the Brit watched, makes him pretty smart....Brit got bored watching the no catching and went to the house........Like I said .......... smart Brit........

Yep, you're bored. But that's better than being nutz like Joe, wishing for cold weather. Cheese head!
The fishing was so good I thought it was yesterday

4" to 5" thick enough to hold a kid, smart dog and a dumb owner.

My First Brittany was an excellent hunter, last point she actually was so tired she laid down while we flushed the birds.

This Brittany (Mandy) has only been on a bird hunt a couple of times since quail disappeared in MO. She is Smart though...Smart enough to sleep in my bed!

Had one myself. Best dog that ever owned me. Called her Éclair. We did not hunt, but she retrieved golf balls for me when I practiced chipping. Only problem, she liked to stand and point right in front of me. Did help me learn to chip higher. She always got one to chew up as a reward. She loved chewing them. She also loved swimming in our pool. Been gone 20 years and I still think of her often.
