    Default Let's go WIND!!


    I'm not usually a big fan of high winds....but if it will get the ICE off of the lake I will tolerate 40 MPH gusts today.

    El Dorado Reservoir was still mostly covered with rotten ice yesterday and the wind never blew as forecasted. Maybe today will be the day for the lake to open allowing boats back on to chase the winter crappie!

    So with this cold snap thursday is lake going to be clear saturday?

    Good question Don...Guess we'll have to hide and watch!

    Supposed to be windy out of the North until mid-day Thursday and then turning windy out of the SW on Friday morning and blowing through Friday evening. Might be touchy with those forecasted single digit temps!

    We nee still need the windd in the NE part of the state, still dont hav any ramps to dump th ol'tub into!
