In an attempt to help everyone rule out some water....because I learn more about what DOESNT work than what does this year.... I've struck out big in my usually haunts over in Lauderdale county. I haven't been over to spring creek yet though.
I've been pullin...pushin...sittin on tops...bouncing up against 2nd creek and elk bridges.....2ft all the way to 30ft. One black crappie.
Gonna spread out to limestone county tomorrow.
Water temp over here is 45.
The fish are actin very different that last yr and I can't find the shad. My boat had been down since October so I lost touch w em

Well Monday....from buzzards roost to the mouth of elk and all of anderson creek. Wed.... 2nd creek from the bridge out to the mouth and first creek shallow and deep and around the marina.

I have been hearing good things about Big Creek the past 2 years, but never made it over there. haven't heard anything lately.

Ha! I'll give you that! It is cold. My log says they've been in these areas the last couple of yrs. I think the biggest hit to my groove has been not having my boat running for a while and I couldn't follow the bait.
