Let me know if you are interested in some 5 gallon plastic buckets. I have about 10 to 15 or so that were hydrolic oil buckets, but they work good for bucket beds. If your interested let me know and ill pm you my phone #.
I got mine from the deli at the grocery store.Originally Posted by old fuzzy

watch out putting used buckets in the lake, especially buckets that once held things like paint and oil. you really can't ever clean those out and no one wants any more of that crap in any body of water. if you go to a local sherwin williams or paint store they usually have tons of never used buckets that they sell for a buck or two. remember, we have to hand these bodies of water over to our kids one day, let's give them something nice.

If you have ever seen any onsite systems that are around the lake you'd understand why im thinking that old trans-oil buckets are the least of our water quality worries. But, point well taken.
I hope you are careful about the buckets you use. When I started with
plastic condos, I got my buckets from bakeries and Walmarts, also
garage sales. If you take your time, you can get a bunch for little of
nothing pricewise. Paid a quarter for a lot of my buckets. Those sources
are always clean. Buckets with oil or construction stuff residue just don't seem like a good idea.
