OK Folks,

I have finally gotten a few powder paints to play around with. I have been toying with a home made alcohol burner. I have also bought a toaster oven to harden the powder paint in. Now for my question .... How are you guys and gals doing the multiple colors that you are doing with the powder paints. They look absolutely awesome. I was told that you just dab a paint brush into the second color then brush it on? IF someone could post some photos of how they do this. I might be able to get it through this thick head of mine.

OH no you don't brush it on . You tap the brush above the lure and let the powder fall like rain . I've been desperately trying to get time to do a video on painting and eyes for months . Every darn time I start I get interrupted . I wanted to do dipping , air brush and electro static applications . Don't know if I can load an all in one vid like that or not . Been through the griss mill on the painting . Send me your email in a pm ASAP I'll see what I can do .

Here ya go, this is from TJ's tackle, it uses a spoon but works on jigs too. TJ also has others on powder using a spray gun. It DOES take practice!!!!!!!!!!!!!
