Enough for dinner

I thawed out some crappie for dinner this morning not know if i would catch enough for supper. Went out at 11:30 with my wife but a quick shower ran her back to the house. I did the Beagleman one pole jigging. Caught a couple nice ones off the no wake buoys. Found a dock that i have not fished and caught four keepers off it. Most of the fish were caught off a point that had a brush pile in eight feet of water. As I was fishing there was a ball of shad next to my boat at the surface that stayed there for five minutes. Chartruse silver caught them all. The picture of my wife holding the fish is from last week when I had JR syndrome and my wife was catching the big ones and i was the shorts. All were caught at Lake St Louis. Water temperature today was 80 degrees.
