Good deal, with the 100 deg. temps, looks like that may be what I'll be doing this weekend.
We finally got out for a bit last night to do some night fishing under the lights. Caught a few, learned a lot, and a had a good time. We probably ended up with around 12-15 keepers. The water temp was still 80 degrees which surprised me. Most fish we caught either using ice rods and a flasher over the edge of the boat, or a minnow and bobber. Here is a few pics of my neighbor and his fish, he caught all of the bigger ones tonight.

It's great when the plan comes together

not too shabby... not to sound dumb, what do you mean by flasher? lol
Correct... Basically ice fishing gear, it lets you see both your lure and the fish. It can be lots of fun, or not so fun if they get the lockjaw.
good job guys. i have noticed them finicky also the last week. mite hit it tonight and give it a try. havent been out since the start of the week. lol
Nice job a good learning experience is always a good thing. Going to hook up with RiverScum tonight and try to get into some silver slabs.
Good Job! When I read the post and saw the part about the ice flasher and ice poles I had think of you! Then I saw who was doing the writing... LOL
