I was fishing the glaize yesterday and noticed a bunch of cedars with blocks on them at mccubbins point boat ramp so i made a few calls and found out that there is 100 that the conservation dept is going to sink starting monday, they said that they will post the gps coords on their website. It is about time this is the first time that i know of that they have ever done anything like this on loz, does anyone know of any other conservation projects like this?

Yes they done this at Bull Shoals Lake 2 years ago and at Table Rock Lake. At Bull Shaols they sunk them near shore not nearly deep enough. I hook to a few and drug them into deeper water.

You can get a map of brushpiles at the ranger's office at Camp Branch (Smithville)... a couple of years old and not very detailed but might be useful.
