Good day on Neely Henry

Fished Neely Henry with my Dad this morning. Brought home 20 keepers, all over 10", several in the 12" to 13" range. Threw back about 20 more keepers plus several undersized fish. Long lined jigs, caught most on light colors (BG monkey milk and acid rain). Only fished from about 6 to 10, expecting rain by 11 as forecast (never did rain but was able to get grass cut this afternoon). All fish were caught in deeper water (10'+) seemed to be holding along channels and around submerged brush piles. One thing that surprised me was that some of the females still had eggs.

MR I did well Thursday as well mine came out of 4.7 to 5.0 ft of water long line double 1/32 jigs. Blue with Chart tails, Weiss lake crappie killers, popsicle, and electric chicken.1.2 mph.
