    Default Smithville 4/29 from the bank.


    Friend and his wife caught a dozen keepers fishing from the rip rap on the NE side of the "W" bridge over Owl Creek. Smallest one 11", largest 14". All caught on minnows, 4'-6' down 20'-40' from the rip rap. All caught between 9:30 am and 1:00 pm. No one answers the phone so I suspect they're at it again today.

    I plan to be up there tomorrow morning (in a boat) if the weather forecast holds.
